Als Online-Bieter hören Sie jedes Wort, das im Auktionssaal gesprochen wird, und bekommen ein gutes Gefühl für die Atmosphäre der Auktion. Damit werden Sie viel direkter in das Auktionsgeschehen eingebunden. Um diesen speziellen Service nutzen zu können, müssen folgende technische Voraussetzungen gegeben sein. • Ihr Computer muss mit dem Internet verbunden sein. • Ihr Computer muss mit einem Soundsystem ausgestattet sein. • Die kostenlose TeamSpeakClient® Software muss auf Ihrem Computer installiert sein. • Den Link zur TeamSpeak® Website finden Sie auf unserer Website www.auction.de, im Bereich des “Online-Biddings” unter dem Punkt „Listen to the Auction”. Wenn Sie als Online-Bieter an unseren Auktionen teilnehmen wol- len, müssen Sie sich rechtzeitig, mindestens 72 Stunden vor der Auktion registrieren lassen. Das notwendige „Online-Bieter-Registrierungsformular“ finden Sie auf unserer Website im Bereich des „Online-Biddings“, unter dem Punkt „Registrierung“, wo Sie das „Online-Bidding-Form“ herunterladen können. Bitte lesen Sie die Bedingungen, füllen das Formular in allen Teilen aus, und schicken Sie es unterschrieben an uns, entweder per Fax oder Briefpost. Rechtzeitig vor der Auktion schicken wir Ihnen per E-Mail Ihren persönlichen Zugangscode, mit dem Sie sich zur Online- Auktion einloggen können. Bitte beachten Sie, dass für jede Auktion eine neuerliche Registrierung erforderlich ist. Sie können im Bereich des „Online-Biddings“ unter „Demo“ das Online-Bieten ohne Risiken ausprobieren. Klicken Sie auf „Demo“ und geben Sie im Punkt “Registration” einen erfundenen Kundennamen und ein beliebiges Gästepasswort ein. Dann können Sie die Demoversion ganz einfach testen und sich mit dem Online-Bieten vertraut machen. Sollte die Internet-Verbindung einmal abbrechen, wird auch die Auktion im Saal unterbrochen, solange bis die Internet-Verbindung wieder steht. Für die persönlich anwesenden Bieter bedeutet dies eine Verzögerung, die wir im Interesse der wachsenden internationalen Zahl von Online-Bietern in Kauf nehmen müssen, und wofür wir um Verständnis bitten. Here you should use the link “Listen to the Auction.” To participate as online bidder, you need to register for each sale separately, a minimum of 72 hours in advance of the day of the sale. The Online Bidding registration form is available on our website www.auction.de. Open “Online-Bidding”, click “Registration”, where you can download the “Online-Bidding-Registration-Form”. Print the form, read carefully and complete it in all parts, sign and return to us, either by mail or by fax. In time before the auction we will send you by E- Mail your personal access code, which will enable you to log into the online bidding mode. Please note, that you have to register for each individual sale separately. There is a test version available, which you can try out. In the area “Online-Bidding” go to “Demo” and use a mock name and a mock guest password at the“Registration.” After that you can test the Online Bidding easily. In the event of a breakdown of the Internet Auction System, the sale will be interrupted in the sale room. Bidding will only be resumed when all Online-Bidders are reconnected. We are asking all clients who are personally present in the sale room to understand and apologize for any delays, but due to growing popularity of Online-Bidding we have to please all groups of clients, regardless which way they participate in our sales.
