Die linke Ansicht zeigt das aktuell zur Versteigerung anstehende Objekt. The left panel displays the current lot being auctioned.

Das rechte Bedienerfeld zeigt die Katalognummern in Fünfergruppen.. Rechts oben wird Ihr Bietername, in unserem Beispiel "viva" angezeigt The right panel shows lots in chunks of 5 Your user name is displayed in the upper right corner ("viva" in this example).

Selling currency: USD: (Währung in der versteigert wird: USD) In unserem Beispiel wird in US Dollar vertsteigert / In this example, the sale is conducted in USD. Convert: (Umrechnung) Sie können in der rechten Box die Währung wählen, in welche die Versteigerungs-Währung umgerechnet werden soll. Der ungefähre Gegenwert des geforderten Gebots wird auf dem llinken Display in der Gebotstaste angezeigt. Sie befindet sich unter der Anzeige "Asking" in linken Display. / You may select a currency in the list at the right of the input box. The approximated asking convertion will show in the bid button located below the asking price in the left panel. Lot #: Die Katalognummer des angebotenen Gegenstandes / A reference number for an article. High Bidder: Der Registrierungsname des momentanen Höchstbieters, bzw. des Bieters der den Zuschlag erhalten hat. Wenn an dieser Stelle nichts angezeigt wird, liegen keine Gebote vor. / Leading or Winning bidder's login name. It is blank if there are no offers yet. Asking: Mindestgebot, das der Auktionator animmt./The minimum bid the auctioneer will accept.  Your Offer: (Ihr Gebot) In dieser Spalte erscheint entweder PASS, SOLD, REMOVED, (SOLD) oder ein Eingabefeld. PASS bedeutet, dass für diese Katalognummer keine, oder keine vom Auktionator akzeptierten Gebote abgegeben wurden. REMOVED steht für eine Katalognummer, die aus der Auktion zurückgezogen wurde. SOLD bedeutet, dass diese Katalognummer zugeschlagen und verkauft ist. (SOLD) in Klammer bedeutet, dass der Auktionator ein Gebot unter Vorbehalt (UV) zur Kenntnis genommen hat. Unter Vorbehalt bedeutet, dass der Zuschlag erst wirksam wird, wenn der Einlieferer dem Gebot zustimmt. Wer zwischenzeitlich das geforderte Limit bietet, macht den UV Zuschlag unwirksam und erhält sofort den endgültigen Zuschlag. Wenn keines der vier Wörter erscheint, können Sie Ihr Gebot eingeben, und die Eingabetaste drücken (Enter). Diese Funktion ist nützlich, wenn Sie ein Gebot vorab abgeben wollen, oder wenn Sie höher als das augenblicklich geforderte Gebot bieten möchten. Wenn Sie ein Gebot abgegeben haben, erscheint über dem Gebots-Eingabe-Feld ein RUFZEICHEN. Das Rufzeichen ist GRÜN, wenn Ihr Gebot dem geforderten Mindestgebot entspricht, ROT wenn Ihr Gebot zu niedrig ist um akzeptiert zu werden. This column displays the words PASS, SOLD, REMOVED, (SOLD), or an input box.  PASS is for a lot that did not receive any offer equal or higher than the asking price. REMOVED is for a lot that the auctioneer removed from the auction.  (SOLD) in brackets means, that the auctioneer has noted a bid under proviso. This means, the bid is below the demanded limitprice, and the auctioneer must contact the consignor to obtain approval for the price offered. However, if somebody in the meantime offers the requested limit amount, he has the lot, and the Under Proviso Offer is waived. If a lot has not been sold, passed or removed, an input box is available, you can enter your offer there then press the Enter key. This is useful if you want to make an offer in advance or if you want to offer more than the current asking bid. If you made an offer, an exclamation image will be displayed on top of the input box. If your offer meet the asking price, it's color will be green otherwise the color will be red. neben der Katalog Nummer anklicken um Details über das Objekt zu sehen. / Click thebeside a lot# to get more details about that lot. Wenn Sie mit Ihrem Gebot in Führung liegen, oder den Zuschlag erhalten haben, erscheint ein grüner unter der Katalognummer / If you are the Leader or the Winner for a particular lot, a  is displayed below the lot#.  Goto lot number: Geben Sie die gewünschte Katalognummer ein, und drücken Sie die Eingabetaste, dann wird das gewünschte Objekt angezeigt (sofern die Katalognummer vergeben ist)./ Specify a lot number and press the Enter key, if the lot exists it will be made visible. Your remaining buying power: Wenn das Auktionshaus eine Kreditlinie verlangt, wird hier Ihr jeweiliger Status angezeigt. (in unserem Beispiel UNLIMITED, d.h. unbegrenzt)./  If the auction house require the use of a credit limit, the status of it is displayed. Synchronize display with Auctioneer. Wenn Sie dieses Feld anklicken, wird das jeweils in Versteigerung befindliche Objekt immer in der angezeigten Liste erscheinen. Wenn Sie eine der Navigationstasten anklicken, wie z.B. HOME, oder auf eine Gebots-Eingabetaste klicken, wird die Synchronisierung mit dem Auktionator ausgeschaltet. / When this is checked, the current lot being auctioned will always be made visible in the list. Clicking one of the navigation buttons (e.g. Home) or clicking in a bid input box will automatically uncheck this checkbox. Bids report: Das Anklicken von öffnet ein Fenster, das die Liste Ihrer Gebote und Unterbote enthält (sofern Sie solche abgegeben haben) Bitte beachten Sie unbedingt, dass Gebote nicht endgültig sind, solange sie der Auktionator nicht genehmigt hat.  Clicking  will open a window displaying a report of the bids and offers you made, if any. It is important to note that bids are not final until auctioneers conducting the auction reconcile their clerking. Message box: (Nachrichten) Die Liste enthält wichtige Nachrichten vom Auktionator. / This list contains important messages from the auctioneer.
