Square-shaped on a separate stand with decorative carvings of birds in flowering branches, originally with three drawers. Asymmetrical arrangement of compartments partly behind hinged or sliding doors as well as five drawers and five open compartments for displaying objects. The doors and the fronts of the drawers decorated with gold lacquer panels, partly with depictions of Rakan and a samurai, inlaid with ivory and mother-of-pearl. The top carved with two shishi chasing each other, possibly added later.
