a) Wrapping robe (kira) for a lady. Bhutan. Cotton and natural silk, few metal threads. Patterned with additional warp (hor, type aikapur) and weft (lungserma) threads. Three panels sewn together. b) Cloth (ulos). Indonesia, Central Sumatra. Batak culture. Cotton, patterned in warp ikat (probably suri suri). Front stripes and fringes intact on both sides. c) Two narrow shawls (Tengganan geringsing). Indonesia, Bali, Tengganan. Cotton, handspun, patterned in double red and black.
