Tibet, 18th c.
H. 12,8 cm
Seated in vajrasana on a lotus-base with her right hand lowered in varadamudra while the left is showing the vitarkamudra, both hands incised with an eye alike her foot-soles, holding stems of lotuses flowering along her arms, wearing sari, bejewelled, her face displaying a serene expression with downcast eyes below arched eyebrows, another eye incised at her fore-head, smiling lips, elongated earlobes with large ear-ornaments, her hair combed in a chignon topped with a ratna and secured with a tiara, traces of cold-gilding and blue pigments, resealed.
