The rectangular screen set in a stand placed on two slightly curved feet, the screen painted with a central figure of Buddha Sakyamuni seated in vajrasana on a lotus base, his right hand in bhumisparshamudra while the left is supporting the alms bowl, wearing monastic garment, his face displaying a serene expression, double mandorla behind, surrounded by various figures including the white four-armed Sadaksharilokeshvara, a pavilion scene, two local divinities and a lama, all placed in a mountainous landscape, the reverse decorated with a large chakra amidst scrolling flowers and the stand painted with various scenes, the stand itself decorated with scenes of Buddhist figures and animals such as tigers.
