Description:
Iran or Afghanistan, 12th/13th c.D. 22 cm, H. mit Henkel 27 cm
Flared stand with bulbous body. Lateral fastening bars for the movable handle. The heavily corroded surface still shows the remains of various decorations, some of which were richly inlaid in silver and copper. Around the mouth, Kufic script decoration with blessings, in the area of the wall, geometric ornamentation, arabesque reserves (probably with zodiac ornamentation), script decoration and floral decorations.
