The hanging is divided into rectangular panels depicting the life of Krishna and Shrinathji and festivities. They take place at or in temples, palace rooms, but also in landscapes with rivers. Other deities, priests, dancing gopi, shepherds and herds of cattle enliven the stories. A surrounding floral border frames the hanging. Pigments on cotton.
From an important North German private collection, collected before 1980 - Slightly worn, missing area, missing lower border, mounted on cloth
