This series of paintings illustrates ten stages in the life of Kim Chang-jip (1648-1722), from his birth through passing the state examination, his appointment as Yeonguijeong (Chief State Councillor during the Joseon Dynasty), his deeds in office, his wedding to a high birthday and a wedding anniversary. Dimensions of the paintings 125.5 x 31.5 cm each.
