Ebonised wooden display case, featuring elaborate Boulle marquetry in tortoiseshell with brass inlays. Numerous bronze applications with Chronos as a finial and claw feet. Cast front with white enamel cartouches, Roman numerals and decorated hands. Large spindle movement with 8-day running time, signed Macé à Paris, half-hour striking on bell and thread suspension of the pendulum. Restored, supplemented, movement in good condition, no guarantee. Includes a wall bracket.
