The plaque cast with a Dakini standing with her right leg on a lotus-base while her left is raised and supported by her left arm, holding karttrika and kapala, naked apart from a bone-skirt, garland of severed heads, bejewelled, her face displaying a serene expression with downcast eyes, het hair combed in a low chignon secured with a tiara decorated with a pair of flags, double mandorla behind cast with a band of skulls and flaming border, the top with looped ring for attachment.
