A RARE GILT AND RED LACQUERED STONE FIGURE OF ZHENWU

Seated in European fashion on a rocky base with both hands clasped on the right knee, clad in an armour, mantle and scarf draped around his shoulders, its streamers encircling both arms, its finials falling over the base, his face displaying a serene expression with downcast eyes below arched eyebrows and his black coloured long hair combed backwards.
