Chased, engraved and gilt silver. Richly decorated with ornaments, fruits and grotesques, reclining figures between trophies, on the body three medallions with depictions of three virtues. A warrior crowns the lid. German hallmarks, 800 standard, company's mark and signed "G.HERMELING". Approx. 2325 grams. Slight signs of age.
