750/000 yellow gold (tested) probably with silver overlay set with 81 diamonds of various cuts ca. 1,30 ct. W-TC/SI-P and 14 sapphires of fantasy cut and a cultured pearl D. 7,8 mm, weight ca. 6,5 g. With a 585 white gold necklace weight ca. 3,2 g.
