Fire-gilt pedestal with hemisphere, on each of which stands a fully three-dimensional, winged female figure "Victoria" made of patinated bronze, a candlestick with a detachable crown of flames on the head, the two other nozzles each in one hand. Signed "Rabiat" (Claude Francois Rabiat, Paris 1756 - 1815) on the inside of the foot strut. Traces of age.
