93 x 122 x 61 cm, Platte: 127 x 63,5 x 3 cm
Mahogany, mirrored backplate, curved legs with dolphin heads, marked twice upside the frame "PETERS MAKER GENOA". Rectangular stone top with fine pietra dura inlays of intertwined rings and circles. Slightly chipped, damages due to age. Rest.
Henry Thomas Peters (Genoa 1792-1852) was an English-born famous ebenist who worked primarily with mahogany woods. Amongst others, he worked for the Italian Royal Court and the Italian aristocracy.
