Calligraphy in Cursive Script. Hanging scroll, ink on paper. Inscription and signature by the artist: “In the Midwinter month (11th month) of the wuchen year (1928), Changlin”. Two seals of the artist: “Yu Changlin yin” etc.
European private collection, acquired before 2007
Yu Changlin was a native of Huangyan in Zhejiang province. He was a noted calligrapher and especially excelled in seal script. He died during the Anti Japanese War
