Description:
Tibeto-Chinese, 18th c.H. 4,8 cm
Seated in lalitasana on a lotus-base with his right leg pendant, his right foot supported by a smaller lotus flower issued by the main one, his right hand holding a covered bowl while the left is showing a form of vitarkamudra carrying a lotus, wearing dhoti, scarf draped over his shoulders with its finials falling down the front of the lotus-base, bejewelled, his face displaying a serene expression with downcast eyes below arched eyebrows running into the nose-bridge, his blue coloured hairdo combed in a chignon secured with a tiara decorated with a pair of pattras and floating ribbons, resealed.
