Koshirae: Black speckled high gloss red lacquer saya, uragawara, kurikata and koiguchi in roiro nuri. Kojiri in silver with engraving in wave decoration and splashes of spray in gold. Wari kogai and kozuka (reverse with kao) of silver with low reliefs of billows of spray, each surmounted by chidori in flight of copper.
Kogatana with inscription. The tsuka with light beige silk wrapping over same, menuki in the form of chidori in waves of silver. Older iron hamidashi-tsuba with tiny cherry blossoms in gold and silver overlay. Blade: hira zukuri, ihori mune, suguha hamon, o-itame masame. Haagari kurijiri, 2 mekugi ana. Length 28 cm. Gold habaki with nekogaki, sign. Kaneteru. Mino Seki.
