Seated in lalitasana on the separate cast trotting deer decorated with scattered flowerheads and his head bent towards probably the emaciated Shoulao, his right arm resting on his right leg while the left is raised in front of the abdomen, wearing wide sleeved mantle incised with several different hexagrams, his elderly face displaying a serene expression with slit eyes below arched eyebrows, wrinkled forehead, open mouth and a hair tuft at the back of his head. Wood base.
