The domed-shaped hand-bell is cast with several horizontal ridges, the top with eight lotus petals around the grip consisting of bands of lotus petals (one band missing) and topped with four curved prongs around a central tapering one, the inside with clapper; and the scepter with central band cast with diamond-shaped knobs and flanked to each side by a pair of lotus petal bands continuing into four curved prongs around the the central tapering rod.
