Each with a reclining deer and doe on a shaped socle, decorated with palmets, the central acanthus-cast stem issuing three hunting horn shaped candle arms, small restorations and minute additions.

The impressive combination of the ormolu decoration, the finely chiselled candlearms, the fully sculpted patinated stag sculptures and the Carrara marble base gives this pair of girandoles a wonderful contrasting structure.
