Silk Caree. Title: The Bar Costume, interpreted by Gruau at Christian Dior's first fashion show in 1947. Gruau was associated with drawings of the icons of the house until the death of Christian Dior in 1957. This drawing was printed on silk in a very small edition in the 1990s.Framed and glazed.
From a German private collection, exhibited in the Kunsthalle St. Annen, Lübeck, ‘’Fashion myths of the 50s/70s under the title: ‘’ Chanel, Dior, Pucci, 2018.
