Compare the closely related Cloisonnéenamel bowls from the Wanli period, all decorated in a äsimilar manner with figures in garden landscapes, illustrated in Béatrice Quette (ed.), Cloisonné: Chinese Enamels from the Yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties, New York, 2011, nos. 47, 48 and 49.
