The shrine is set with a pair of hinged doors closed with a gilt-metal lock and ornamented with several gilt-metal plaques decorated with scrolling tendrils, the inside is displaying a figure of Buddha, standing on a lotus base placed on a throne, both hands in the anjalimudra, wearing various garments, including a mantle loosely draped around his shoulders, his face with a serene expression, raised urna, his curled hairdo continuing into the ushnisha and a red coloured flaming halo behind.
