The prayer-wheel is embossed with the mantra ‘aum mani padme hum’, placed within a pavilion, its base consisting of a band of petals, surmounted by a hexagonal terrace, supporting six pillars around the prayer-wheel and a double roof decorated with minute bells, resealed.
