Description:
Tibet, 15th c.71 x 25 cm
The rectangular cover carved in relief with Prajnaparamita in the centre flanked to each side by a figure of Buddha, surrounded by various minute figures separated by scrolling tendrils, in a scrolling tendril border and one side carved with scrolling tedrils, the reverse deprived of any deoration.
