Tibet, early 19th cent.

Standing in pratyalidhasana on a pair of figures reclining on the lotus base, his principle arms embracing his partner, its hands showing the abhayamudra and varadamudra, the other four arms radiating around his body, one hand holding the vajra, wearing bone-skirt, his triple faced head displaying wrathful expressions with bulging eyes below raised eyebrows, his hair combed in a chignon topped with a half-vajra and secured with tiaras decorated with skulls, his consort holding kapala and karttrika, sealed.
