Silk (colored, but faded and yellowed), slit tapestry (chin. kesi), only with a few touches of painting with ink and opaque white. Framed with passe-partout in silk damask. A small bird with a blue cap and blue tail feathers sits in a large, gnarled peach branch in full bloom. The young leaves of the peach have already burst forth. Below, a branch of blooming hydrangeas.
