Seated in vajrasana on a lotus base with both hands in vajrahumkaramudra, originally holding the vajra and ghanta, wearing dhoti, bejewelled, his face displaying a serene expression with downcast silver inlaid eyes below arched eyebrows that run into the nose-bridge, raised urna at his forehead, elongated earlobes with ear ornaments, his hair combed in a chignon topped with a ratna and secured with a tiara ornamented with a pair of floating ribbons, sealed.
Acquired by the current owner from an old South German private collection, which has been assembled since the 1970s - Slightly chipped, signs of age, wear, rest.
