A gilt- and lacquered wood sculpture of Seishi Bosatsu

Standing and inserted into a double lotus base above a high, hexagonal, richly decorated pedestal, the hands folded in gassho-in front of the chest, the robe falling in numerous folds, the long sash lying across the chest, partially broken off, a diadem of gilded sheet copper on the head, eyes and urna of glass, a simple nimbus inserted behind the figure.
