Description:

Mongolia or Tibet, late 18th cent.
H. 12,4 cm
Vajrapani with three heads and six hands, e the upper right hand brandishing a vajra sceptre, clad in a loincloth of tiger skin. He embraces his consort, who is holding a skull bowl and a cleaver. The couple step on two sacrifices, representing ego and ignorance, sealed.
