Burma, 18th/19th cent.
D. 67 cm
The hour-glass shaped drum cast along the body with three groups of a variety of small though decorative ridges, a double pair of looped rings for attachment, the circular top with concentric bands around the central star-shoped emblem and four groups of three frogs standing on each other along its border.
Collection Klaus Nierhoff (1926 - 2011), according to collection records acquired from Karl in Frankfurt around 1990 - Minor signs of age, very slightly chipped. Can be used as a table with glass top
