Standing in samabhanga, the right hand originally lowered, probably holding the stem of a lotus, while the left is raised in front of the chest in vitarkamudra, wearing a dhoti fastened round the waist with a belt, a pair of sashes falling along his hips. His face shows a serene expression with downcast eyes under arched eyebrows that merge into the bridge of his nose, a raised third eye on his forehead, elongated earlobes with large ear jewellery and his hair in a bun, on a base. Remains of gilding.
From an important Southern German private collection, collected since the 1960s - Minor repairs, attributes lost, wear
