Japan, signed Genko, ca. 1800B. 3,8 cm
The fat sparrow of typical form, with stubby wings and short erect tail, its feet carved in relief beneath, the well-toned ivory slightly worn with lacquer decoration and the eye pupils inlaid; signed in an oval reserve Genko.
