Description:

Nepal, 17th/18th cent.
H. 16,3 cm
Sitting in vajrasana on a separately moulded lotus pedestal, his main hands holding vajra and ghanta, the other four his specific attributes, he wears dhoti, a cloth is draped around his shoulders, bejewelled, his three-faced head shows a serene expression with downcast eyes under arched eyebrows, raised urna on his forehead, his hair tied in a bun and fastened with tiaras, covered with a helmet crowned with a half vajra and a flaming halo behind it.
