The stepped rectangular case decorated with a figural front relief, mascarons and rhomb motifs to the sides and a putto with letter and pigeon as finial. White enamel dial with Roman numerals, Arabic minute track and decorated brass hands, marked ‘à Paris’. Large Parisian movement with 8-day running time, half-hour striking on bell and thread suspension of the pendulum. Movement not tested, rear glass cover missing.
