Cobalt blue and salt-glazed grey earthenware. The body decorated all over with tendrils, relief cartouche on the front with the royal Spanish coat of arms and inscription, a grotesque face on the spout. Later pewter lid. Old collection and inventory labels on the base (Hetjens Collection no. 914). Body cracked and restored.
