The oval barrel is made of carved ivory with a surrounding relief of cherubs dancing. Gilt silver mount and inner barrel, master's mark ‘AW’ and indistinct hallmark at the bottom. Total weight approx. 1371g. The barrel with shrinkage cracks and signs of age. With EU sales permit for ivory objects No. DE-RP 319-25-0014
