The oval body is made of ivory with a surrounding bacchanal and dancing scenes with cherubs. The silver mount is embossed with rocaille and volutes, the handle has a herma head, and the inner wall is made of metal. Apocryphal hallmarks on the stand. Total weight approx. 1928g. Minor dents and restorations. With EU sales permit for ivory objects No. DE-RP 319-25-0015
