The rectangular plaque cast with the deity standing on a plinth, his four hands holding attributes, wearing dhoti, bejewelled, his face displaying a severe expression, five-headed snake canopy above, flanked by a pair of minute worshippers and the upper register with the reclining bull and the yoni supporting the lingam emblem
