Description:
Nepal, 18th/19th cent.H. 36 cm
He sits in vajrasana on a lotus pedestal, holding the vajra in his right hand, while his left hand rests on his shoß and supports a kapala. The khatvanga rests on his left shoulder. He wears various garments, including a wide-sleeved cloak. His face shows a stern expression with protruding eyes under raised eyebrows, his mouth is framed by a moustache, his head is covered with a special hat and behind him is a separate halo. Sealed.
