Shoulder vase. On the front is the Chrysanthemum Crest (菊花紋章, kikkamonshō), rendered as a stylized flower with sixteen full and sixteen half petals arranged alternately. This emblem, exclusively reserved for the Japanese Imperial Family, is among the most important national and symbolic insignia of Japan. The finely executed relief attests to the high level of craftsmanship and the representative character of the vessel.Weight: 1.636 kg
