Description:
Thailand, Khmer, Lopburi period, 13th cent.H.73,5 cm (mit Stft 88,5 cm)
Seated in sattvasana on the coils of the snake, his seven heads serving as canopy, both hands resting on his lap in dhyanamudra, wearing a diaphanous cloak, his face displaying a serene expression with downcast eyes below ridged eyebrows, smiling lips, elongated earlobes with pendeloque earrings, his curled hair continuing into the ushnisha and decorated with a crown, on stand.
