Description:
Tibet, 15th cent.28 x 9,4 x 4,5 cm
The pillar cover is embossed with a petal foot bearing a kalasha, surmounted by a lotus foot with a standing four-armed figure whose main arms show Vitarkamudra and Varadamudra, with the two upper arms supporting another lotus foot. The figure wears a dhoti, is adorned with jewellery and has a serene expression. It stands on a pedestal.
