L. 119 cm, B. 176 cm
Outer fabric: Lampas silk fabric (strong yellow) with additional pattern weft threads: silk (shades of dark red, pink, light blue, green, white), various gold and silver threads, held by an additional warp. Imported from the West. Lining: Silk satin (turquoise). Seams reinforced with narrow leather strips. Five bronze spherical buttons. This overcoat for a person of high rank was made in China from a precious silk fabric imported from the West. The yellow base tone is almost completely covered with gold and silver threads and is only visible in a few motifs. The pattern of curved shapes with interlacing patterns is accompanied by elegant floral tendrils and bands. It is possible that the coat was used in the West as a representative housecoat (banyan).
