Description:

Cambodia, Khmer, 13th cent.
H. 20,7 cm
The domed-shaped bell section surmounted by a separate cast handle with a ribbed central grip continuing in an elaborate ornamented upper part showing probably the seated Vishvakarma and Ganesha flanking a central pinnacle set with a guardian to both sides, a pair of curved floral shaped prongs and the inside with small rod for attachment of the now missing clapper.
