Description:
Tibet, late 18th cent.H. 17,8 cm
Standing in alidhasana on a separate cast bull reclining on a figure placed on a lotus base, both hands showing the tarjanimudra, naked, ithyphallic, mala of severed heads, bejewelled, his bull head displaying a ferocious facial expression with bulging eyes below bushy eyebrows, slightly upturned snout, open mouth showing teeth and fangs, pair of curved horns and pricked ears, his red coloured flaming hairdo secured with a tiara decorated with skulls, resealed.
