Wood. Remarkably expressive face mask with a dark, slightly crusty coating. The open mouth is depicted with strongly upturned corners, revealing triangularly ground teeth. The elongated facial area is framed by a fine hairstyle with relief-carved ribs. A nail is present in the temple area. Unusual mask, with a biting bar on the reverse.
