Yang Xun was born in Chongqing in 1981 and graduated from the oil painting department at the Sichuan Fine Arts Institute in 2005. Following numerous exhibitions in China and abroad, he now lives and works in Beijing. His floral depictions draw their inspiration from fan paintings of the Song Dynasty.
